Most engagements start with a short discovery phase — understanding your users, your market and where the real risk sits — before we agree on scope. From there, I embed one, two or three days a week, working directly inside your team rather than handing off a report and disappearing. Typical outcomes: a validated product direction, a roadmap your team can actually ship, and a shared language between product, design and the business.
This is a good fit if you're a fintech, digital bank or AI product team entering a new market, launching a product with real regulatory or trust constraints, or trying to work out what to build next without adding permanent headcount. It's less of a fit if you need a full-time in-house hire, or someone to execute a fully-defined backlog with no room to question the brief.
Past engagements have covered market-entry strategy for African and Indian fintech, product definition for European neobanks, and UX direction for cross-border payments — the throughline is always digital financial products where the decisions matter.

Whether it's product clarity for your fintech, a fractional engagement, the membership, or a seat on the retreat — start with a note.
